So I just found out that yesterday was international talk like a pirate day? What a sad thought that I missed it. Do you know how often I would have said argh matey! if I had known? Oh well, mark it on the calendar for next year.
In other news, Jesse was canoeing with the scouts yesterday, so I was all alone last night, so Jana came over and we watched Made of Honor. It was a cute movie, and only just a little unrealistic that Patrick Dempsey was supposed to be in his early thirties.

Of all the random things in the world, we did celebrate the occasion (accidentally). The library's story hour for toddlers honored pirates. I'll be sure to join you in your celebrations next year. :)
